2010: Aija Andrejeva - What for? (Only Mr. God Knows Why)

Aija Andrejeva (born 16 January 1986 in Ogre, Latvia), better known by her stage name Aisha, is a Latvian singer.  Starting at the age of ten, she began taking flute and piano lessons at the Music School of Lielvarde. One year later, she started playing in the local brass band Sirius.

Aisha was doing a lot of things in her career, but in 2006, she started hosting the show of LTR Loves me – loves me not!  She also recorded her solo album together with Opus Pro. The record company was Microphone Records.  In 2007, Aisha participated in the LNT show "Two stars" and recorded new songs. She now performs as a solo artist.

In 2008, Aisha made her first solo album in collaboration, again with Microphone Records but with new record producers. Participation is planned in the highly-rated show Dance with a star 2!

In 2009, Aisha represented Latvia at the most popular contest in the former Soviet Union territories New Wave. She got 3d place. Microphone Records released her successful album Dveselite which has been nominated for the best Pop Album of the year 2009 at Latvian equivalent of the Grammys.
