UK – Almost Decision Time

The waiting is almost over. Two songs from the four which qualified earlier will soon compete head to head for the right to represent the UK in Belgrade

The first act through to the sing-off is Andy Abraham. He will be joined by Michelle Gayle.

Soon, the phone lines will re-open for the public to make their choice. But first, we will hear the songs again with Andy going first. Michelle now takes to the stage .

While the public are voting, there is a compilation of past Eurovision winners. Katrina, who sang the last UK winner in 1997 is now singing a disco version of ‘Love Shine a Light’.

Finally, the results are in. The song which will represent the United Kingdom is………..’Even If’ sung by Andy Abraham.

In my view

So the British public do it again. They have chosen a song which will be performed well but will not improve recent placings. It’s 22nd place or lower for my country again. The British public cannot be trusted and musn’t be allowed to choose our entry ever again.
