Macedonia Confirmes Participation for Oslo 2010

Macedonia, who compete in the contest as FYR Macedonia (Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia) has officially announced that it will participate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Oslo, Norway. The country will chose its winner on Skopje Fest in February, which will consist of two semi-finals and a final, organised by MKRTV

At the national final in February, 16 songs will fight to win Skopje Fest and become a winner of the national selection for Macedonian entry. The selection process consists of two ways of voting. Fift per cent will be televoting and 50% will be by juries. There will be two semi-finals, each containing 14 songs. Eight songs will qualify for the final

So Macedonia, as FYR Macedonia, will compete in one of two semi-finals of the contest in Oslo, on 25th or 27th May 2010.
