Listen to the acoustic and Azeri version of Sabina Babayeva’s When the Music Dies

The 2012 Azeri representative, Sabina Babayeva, released two other versions of her participating entry, When the Music Dies. The song can now be found with its Azeri version and acoustic version in addition to the original version. You can listen to the two versions here:

The new version of the songs will be included to the official promo single. Azeri version of the participating act When the Music Dies is entitled Gel (Come Back) and the instruments that are used in the original version, stay the same in this version. The song is described in the official account as: "Brand new version of the Sabina Babayeva’s, Azerbaijani representative
at Eurovision Song Contest 2012, entry song – touching ballad When the
Music Dies
– in singer’s native language. The fire of love and the ice
of rejection’s perfect translation to the unique Azerbaijani language.

The acoustic version of the song When the Music Dies is recorded live featuring playing two guitars. The song is described as: "The acoustic version for When the Music Dies, Azerbaijani entry song to
the Eurovision Song Contest 2012, by Sabina Babayeva. An openhearted
flamenco touch brings colourful Sabina’s voice into a new shape and gives
her song a new face. When The Music Dies in the acoustic version consists
of two live guitars that create an amazing atmosphere of intimacy and
fragileness."

Sabina Bayayeva graduated from music college named after Asaf
Zaeynalli and she usually performs soul, pop and ballads. Her favourite style is jazz. Sabina knows nearly 50 jazz standards. At the
same time she has been a soloist of Aypara vocal-instrumental group for
seven years. She sings Azerbaijani folk music and songs of different
composers who she worked with.

As host country of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest Azerbaijan is
directly qualified for the final with the running order of 13th and thus do not have to qualify from
one of the two semi-finals.
