Josh now sounds good to me

Back on stage for the shorter second rehearsal, the now rested Josh puts in a good performance.

Josh had only arrived in Oslo 3.30am the previous morning, so naturally was a little fatigued for his rehearsal yesterday.  Now 24 hours later his performance has improved considerably.  The most obvious thing was that he was holding back, in order to preserve the voice.  This was a wise move, bearing in mind he won’t be on the stage again ’til Friday.

We got to see the complete set of outfits.  As reported yesterday, Josh’s backing singers will be in short black dresses with flowing white trains that are picked up by the wind machines.  Josh himself is in a dark suit and white shirt.  His backing dancers will be in black and white, although the actual combinations have yet to be decided – they tried several while rehearsing.

The whole effect is very good.  We all want Josh to do well, and we understand he was most impressed by the various videos of a packed dancefloor when his song’s played at the Euroclub.

We keep our fingers crossed for Friday.
