Depi Evratesil semi-finalists revealed

Six semi- finalists for the Armenian national selection were chosen this evening. After nearly three months we are approaching the end for the new selection format Depi Evratesil. On the 24th of December, the Armenian 2017 Eurovision Song Contest representative will be chosen. Read more

Belarus finalists selected

TVR have selected their national finalists. 67 potential entries have now been cut down to 13. These 13 finalists will compete in a national final held before the end of January, and the winner will represent Belarus at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest.  Read more

Which acts should qualify for the national selection in Switzerland? That is now in the hands of an expert jury which has just been presented. The jury will cut the 160 submissions down to first 21, and then again to the 10 which will make it to the final held in January 2017. Read more

Sirusho and Iveta win Armenian awards

Sirusho has won a Pan Armenian Entertainment award for her beliefs and values. The award has been presented to her for her strong humanitarian beliefs and for the singer’s feelings towards the people of her native Armenia. A minor award was given to 2016 representative Iveta. Read more

Amir wins at MTV EMA

Last night, 2016 Eurovision participant Amir won an MTV EMA as best French act. When MTV hosted their 23rd EMA’s in Rotterdam three other Eurovision participants were nominated without winning. A Polish national final act however also took home a trophy. Read more

Jamala as new coach on The Voice Ukraine
