During the second day of rehearsals we got the chance to talk to two of the three hosts of Melodifestivalen 2010, Måns Zelmerlöw and Christine Meltzer.
On Tuesday July 14th, it is Her Majesty Crown Princess Victoria’s birthday. Malena Ernman and Måns Zelmerlöw will be at Borgholm to celebrate with her, along with other stars from Melodifestivalen.
This spring and summer will be very busy for Måns Zelmerlöw since he is touring Sweden and participating in various charity shows and tv shows.He will also be performing together with other well known MF names like Björn Skifs and Loa Falkman.
Ever since the participating songs of Melodifestivalen 2009 were released, several of the artists have been climbing the Swedish charts. Of the top ten songs on sverigetopplistan.se, eight are from Melodifestivalen 2009.
After a selection process starting with the first preliminary heat on February the 7th Sweden has cut 32 songs down to those 11 that will be competing in tonight’s final. Through words and pictures EuroVisionary guided you through the show where favourites fell completely in the public voting giving Malena Ernman the ticket for Moscow.
The Swedish final is getting closer. As a fan I’m of course counting down the hours now and I’m so excited to see who is going to represent Sweden in Moscow in this years Eurovision Song Contest. The last couple of years haven’t been so lucky for us as we’ ve finished at 18th place two years in a row.
The line-up for the final of Melodifestivalen 2009 is now complete since the last three songs were selected last night. The running order of the songs is now official.
