Former Norwegian entrant Anita Skorgan was in her heyday the hottest property along with ex husband Jahn Teigen on the Norwegian music scene. With the heady 80's a distant memory, Skorgan's music has reached new heights of popularity following a primetime show featuring her music.
Forty years after her victory at the 1973 Eurovision Song Contest representing Luxembourg with Tu Te Reconnaîtras, she has applied to represent her motherland in 2013. Her candidate song is titled Je Manque De Toi with lyrics by Pierre-André Dousset and music and arrangements by Jean Musy.
Former Dutch entrants Marcha and Sandra Reemer had a successful five years together with Sjoukje Smit (Maggie MacNeal) as the trio Dutch Divas, until things all turned sour and the trio became a duo. Now, 7 years later, Reemer talked to the Dutch press about the less than amicable split.

30 years ago Kim Larsen released an EP that ended up being forbidden and pulled back. Now the singer, that participated in the Danish final in 1979, and since the early '70's have been a household name in Denmark, re-releases the EP. A new album is expected as well.
Deceased Tommy Seebach, who represented Denmark three times at the Eurovision Song Contest, was up until his death working together with his friend Torben Lundgreen on several songs. Now Torben wants to release them, but Tommy's sons are not positive.

Anita Skorgan and ex husband Jahn Teigen were for many years the darlings of the Norwegian music scene. They divorced but each managed to continue with their own successful careers. Things went wrong for Skorgan upon the release of her album Basic in 1990 leaving her pop career floundering.
Last night the film Tommy was premiered in 35 cinemas across Denmark. A nationwide quiz about Tommy Seebach’s music, hosted by Jørgen De Mylius, followed. EuroVisionary was present in order to bring you a review of the film that will later be shown on TV and released on DVD. Hope for English subtitles as you don't want to miss this fantastic film!
