After the long and tiring way from Belgrade, the Turkish rock band Mor ve Ötesi has begun their concert tour in Germany before their concerts in Turkey. As will be remebered, their placing was 7^th at this year's Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade.

Turkish pop star Kenan Doğulu gave a charity concert for thousands of people.

The Turkish media has shown their reactions after the contest ended.

Several days ago we reported that Dustin has entered the Irish chart at #5.  This result was from a mixture of physical and download sales. 

Dustin was continuing his promotion of the 2008 Irish Eurovision Song Contest entry today. He talked with Derek Mooney on Ireland's national radio station RTE Radio 1 this afternoon.

Rarely before has there been such interest in the Irish Eurovision entry. This year the Irish public are being given the chance to have Dustin's infamous song as their very own ringtone.

The name Macedonia is a very troublesome one indeed and yet again the affect of the dispute is being felt in the Eurovision Song Contest.  The lyrics of Ireland's 2008 entry dared to include Macedonia in a list of countries that Dustin claims to love.

Every year either RTE give the Irish media something to complain about the Irish final or the Irish media find something to complain about.  But are they making a mountain out of a mole hill?

Over the years, many turkeys have been sent to Eurovision, but will Ireland be the first country, in the history of the contest, to send a real one? Dustin the turkey may be "fowl" mouthed but he's also a successful singer with 6 hit albums under his wing!
