Turkish representative, Can Bonomo, has submitted his songs to the national broadcaster TRT. The song will be presented to the public either on February 17th or February 24th. In the meantime Can will be attending Azeri Milli Seçim Turu at this weekend.

Today, another rumour has been launched by some international websites around Europe and also in Turkey: Kıraç will be representing Turkey at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2012. TRT denies the story that an official offer has been made to Kıraç. TRT will be announcing the Turkish representative on either New Years Eve or January 15th, 2012
The Turkish representative from 1980 Eurovision Song Contest, Ajda Pekkan, has surprisingly announced that she has ended her musical career at the top. Her fans should not worry, Ajda will be back with more TV shows in near future, no matter how old she is.
