Today DR presented Bryan Rice as host for the 2014 Eurovision Village. Together with the presentation followed a programme including performances from 23 of this year's participants. Eurovision Village is this year located in the centre of Copenhagen and is open to the general public.
Today Euroclub announced its schedule for the two Eurovision weeks. From Monday the 28th to the after party on the 10th of May, the club will throw a big party every single evening. On stage we will see most of the participants this year, former participants and also a lot of other entertainment.
Today EBU and the 2014 host broadcaster, DR, announced the running order for the two semi-finals that will take place on the 6th and 8th of May. Armenia opens semi-final 1, while Malta will have the honour of kicking the second one off. Hungary and Romania closes each of their semi-finals.
Cristina Scarlat will represent Moldova at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest with the song, Wild Soul. The final of the 2014 O Melodie Pentru Europa selection was held at Studio 2 at TVM in Chișinău this evening. After two semi-finals it was decided by expert jury and televoting to send Cristina to Copenhagen.
Moldova tonight held the first of two semi-finals to decide who would represent them at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen. 12 songs were performed and eight acts qualified for the final to take place on Saturday 15 March in Chișinău.
Today the traditional allocation draw was held in order to determine which countries will compete in which semi-final. In other words: It is time to start analysing and guessing on who will in the end qualify for the final and who might not make it.

Would Greece be in or out? That was one of the questions that got answered today when the list of participating countries for the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest was announced. And yes, Greece is among the minimum 36 countries we shall see in Copenhagen in May.
The 11th Junior Eurovision Song Contest was held this evening in Kyiv with twelve countries taking part. Gaia Cauchi from Malta received a total of 130 points with the song The Start making her the winner. Host country Ukraine finished second Belarus came in third.
The national selection took place this weekend where four performers were presenting their entries to the professional jury who decided that Rafael Bobeica will represent Moldova at the 2013 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with a powerful ballad entitled Cum Să Fim which means How To Be.
