Elnur and Samir, the Azerbaijan angels from the Eurovision Stage, suprisingly announced that they will never be paticipating in the contest again. They reached 7th place at this year's Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade.
After having qualified for the final, the first ten qualifier had to pick a number that would be their starting position in the final. EuroVisionary brings you the exiting moments on video so you can see how the ten participants reacted to their lucky number.
The fifth day of rehearsals saw most of the countries participating in the first semi-final rehearse for the second time. The day started in the Balkans with Montenegro and ended, well, in the Balkans with Bosnia.
In a small survey conducted among popular Azerbaijan artists the Azeri Press Agency found that most did not understand one of the main rules of the contest.

Although Azerbaijan enters the Eurovision Song Contest for the first time this year, Elnur - the Azerbaijani representative - talked about challenging for a possible victory at the contest, ''We believe that we will win if we perform well.''
While in Andorra on their promotion tour Elnur and Samir took some time to answer a few questions for us. They are touring a lot to try and ensure a good result for the country's debut entry.
Azerbaijan has selected Elnur as their first representative on the Eurovision Song Contest stage. After the Swiss vampires didn't survive the 2007 semi-final, Azerbaijan tries the same theme again hoping that angels might keep them alive.
The first Azerbaijani national final will be held in Baku. Three artists will competewith two songs each. The song that wins will not neccessarily be the debut entry of the country.
