The Eurovision Party season continued unabated with a party hosted by the Greek and Cypriot delegations and the huge Eurodom. More than half of this year's contestants performed on the stage to a packed house.
Despite the problems with the press conference as reported by EuroVisionary, the sixth day of preparations continued with competitors from the first semifinal and some from the second semifinal taking to the stage.

Christina Metaxa will be representing Cyprus at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest with this song called Firefly. Last year Cyprus didn't manage to qualify for the final putting extra pressure on Christina to do so this year.
