A couple of days ago EuroVisionary closed the case regarding all the accusations of plaigiarism and breaking of rules from Romania. TVR seems to do the same in their latest press release. EuroVisionary has translated this to English.

The Latvians haven't had the easiest ride in Eurovision over the last few years, their last good result was thanks to Walters & Kazha back in 2005.  Now they have seen Estonia's and Ireland's entries and decided to follow suit.

In an attempt to “save” the Eurovision Song Contest, Spain is this year using a different format where the public have had the chance to vote on more than 530 songs. Ten of these have now qualified for the final held on 8th of March.
