2009 Eurovision Song Contest

As last year's winner it was no surprise that we would get to hear Alexander Rybak singing his fairytale in relation to the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest. At the welcome reception last night at the cityhall he performed it - how it went can be seen in this video.

Svetlana Loboda will be representing Ukraine at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest with this song called Be My Valentine. Last year Ukraine qualified for the final where they finished 2nd.

Marko Kon & Milaan will be representing Serbiaat the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest with this song called Cipela. Last year Serbia qualified for the final where they finished 6th.

Lidia Kopania will be representing Poland at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest with this song called I Don't Wanna Leave. Last year Poland qualified for the final where they finished 23rd.

Kamil & Nela will be representing Slovakia at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest with this song called Let' Tmou. Slovakia is making a return after 1998.

Alexander Rybak will be representing Norway at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest with this song called Fairytale. Last year Norway qualified for the final where they finished 5th.

Intars Busulis will be representing Latvia at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest with this song called Probka. Last year Latvia qualified for the final where they finished 11th.
