The Russian broadcaster for the Eurovision Song Contest, RTR, has announced that the Russian final will be held on 7th March.

Belarusian broadcaster for the Eurovision Song Contest ONT, who is organising the country's entry for the first time, has announced that the Belarus national final will be held in February. The concept is also revealed.

Portuguese National Final on March 6th

Portuguese broadcaster RTP has announced that the Portuguese national final, Festival da Cançao, will be held on March 6th. It was also announced that this year there will be two semi finals.

Patricia Kaas Goes on Concert Tour

France’s magical voice, Patricia Kaas, has started her concert and promo tours for her latest album, Kabaret, now that the Eurovision Song Contest has ended. Patricia’s tour will include 170 dates in Europe, Asia and North America. Patricia brought France to a top 10 position for the first time since 2002.

Swedish broadcaster, SVT has revealed the full results of the public phone vote. Unsurprisingly, Norway came out on top.

Dutch Jury & Televoting Results Revealed

The Dutch national broadcaster TROS, has announced the results of the jury and televoting results. Although Norway is the jury favourite and gets the 12 points in the combined results, Turkey was the fans favourite.

Strong Reactions in Sweden After the First Semi-Final

One day has gone by since the first semi-final. In the Swedish media, there has been a lot of reactions to the broadcast, Malena’s performance and the Swedish commentators.

Eurovision Song Contest Sit Up in Stockholm

On the night of the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest, the Swedish fans will be gathered in Stockholm to watch the broadcast together. It is OGAE Sweden aka Melodifestivalklubben and the fan-site Gylleneskor.se that has organised the event.

The Eurovision Party season continued unabated with a party hosted by the Greek and Cypriot delegations and the huge Eurodom.  More than half of this year's contestants performed on the stage to a packed house.
