Is Charlotte Perrelli flying illegally and unsafe?

As previously reported the Swedish participant Charlotte Perrelli has hired a private plane for her promotion tour. It is a little plane of the model Piper Malibu owned by Karlebo Aviation AB which has been hired, but it is apparently not approved for commercial flights.

Several of this year’s participants are busy with promotion tours around Europe. For Charlotte Perrelli from Sweden the program is so tight that it has been needed to hire a private jet that can make sure she manage to visit as many countries as possible.
