The Turkish representative for the Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held on May 2009 in Moscow, has been announced. The winner of the internal competition is the song Crazy For You (Düm Tek Tek).

TRT has finally made the decision about how Hadise's song will be selected, and have announced the procedure for selecting the songs. It seems that one semifinal and a public national final is coming back to Turkish fans.

We have entered a new season in the Eurovision Song Contest. This year has already begun to be more interesting than other years. Greece chose Sakis Rouvas, Bulgaria and Malta have already started with National finals. But in Turkey, it was more interesting than others.

Hadise, who will represent Turkey at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009, has released the album Deli Oğlan.  It has already reached top of the Turkish and Belgian charts. It includes the first hit video A Good Kiss, which is the English cover of Deli Oğlan.

The Turkish participiant of 2009 Eurovision Song Contest, Hadise, has offically signed with TRT today. Before the offical ceremony Hadise and TRT's boss İbrahim Şahin already announced their plans for the Eurovision Song Contest which will be held in Moscow in 2009.

The Turkish National Broadcaster, TRT, has confirmed that Hadise will be in charge of the Turkish Eurovision Song Contest entry. She also has the responsibility of the song style and in which language it is to be sung. She also will be able to choose the composer and lyricist on her own.

TRT the Turkish broadcaster had a poll about who should represent them at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest. According to this poll female singer Hadise has been chosen. According to Hadise she has rejected a Belgian offer to represent them, but is pleased to be do it for Turkey.

The European Broadcasting Union's Turkish member TRT (Turkish Radio and Television Corparation) has opened a poll, the type of which has never been tried by any EBU member before. Turkey's participiant for Eurovision Song Contest 2009 will be chosen through the poll result.

Turkish ''superstar'' Sibel Tüzün has started to film her second movie, called 'Çılgın Dersane (Crazy School)', according to her fan club.
