The European Broadcasting Union's Turkish member, TRT (Turkish Radio and Television Corporation), has opened their annual poll that is entitled: 'Who Should Represent Turkey Next Year in Germany?'. It's planned Turkey's participant for Eurovision Song Contest 2011 will be chosen through the result of the poll.

Turkish representatives MaNga's lead singer Ferman Akgül collapsed during rehearsals at a local Ghetto Club in İstanbul. It was feared that the 29-year old singer was having a heart attack.

Turkish broadcaster, TRT, has been choosing a representative for Turkey with a public poll since 2007. Emre Aydın, the Turkish pop/rock singer who came second in this year's poll, ended speculation about his possible participation in the Eurovision Song Contest.

MaNga, the Turkish representative at Eurovision Song Contest 2010 inOslo, had released their latest album called Şehr-i Hüzün on 29th December. Nowadays, their album is living its highest points on several charts.

During the presentation of the Turkish song, MaNga and TRT’s general manager, İbrahim Şahin, gave a press conference to introduce the new procedure of the contest and more about the song, We Could Be the Same.

The Turkish group Manga who will represent the country at the Eurovision Song Contest is introducing their song in just a few hours. The show will be broadcasted on the internet giving everyone an oppertunity to hear the song at first moment. EuroVisionary will be present to report all about it to you.

Turkish national broadcaster TRT has announced that the last version of the song which will be represent Turkey at the Eurovision Song Contest with the group MaNga in Oslo, will be announced on 3rd of March on the TRT channel.

Turkish national TV channel, TRT, who has also broadcast the Eurovision Song Contest since 1974, has launched the new website for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, which will be held in Oslo.

The Turkish representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, MaNga, has stated the group and TRT's common future plans and the procedure of selection of the song for the contest.
