Terry Wogan, the UK’s voice of Eurovision, has questioned the country’s future participation in the contest.

After the second Semi-Final there was a press conference for all the artists that had gone through to the final. All delegations answered to two questions each and then draw their running order for Saturday's final.

With two semi-finals it has been impossible for the Nordic countries to get together for a joined Nordic party as they often do. The only Nordic country to arrange a party this year where the Icelandic's who offered a live concert with Euroband with Simon Mathew as special guest.

After the first semi final there were an official after party at Euroclub.

The Bulgarian party

On monday evening, Bulgaria held a terrific party together with Malta and Belarus at Euroclub. The party also featured a special-guest appearance.

On Monday evening, the Turkish delegation had invited press and fans from all over Europe to attend a party.

Despite having been rehearsing for a week and held the obligatorily press conferences afterwards the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest was officially opened on Sunday evening.

Today was the last realistic opportunity for delegations to experiment with new ideas in their acts before the start of the full show rehearsals tomorrow.

Exactly a week to go before the Eurovision final and the rehearsals and press conferences continue apace. This morning, Tereza Kerndlova was the first to step on to the stage. She and her backing singers and dancers looked splendid in their predominantly silver outfits.
