Loucas Yiorkas is a Cypriot and was raised in Cyprus also. He was interested in music since an early age leading him to study music whilst at school and learning to play the guitar and various other musical instruments. However, his passion and talent for singing outshone his instrument playing capabilities in his first attempt as a singer placing first in the 12th Cyprus Song Composition Competition.

Loucas has recently won the 2008-2009 edition of Greece’s X Factor, released his first single titled Den Fantazesai and performed with famous artists including Elena Paparizou.
