The Slovak National Final was held at STV's Studio 4 in Bratislava.  Due to the Olympic Ice Hockey In Vancouver, the date was brought forward.  The hot favourite was the winner in what proved a very close contest - Horehronie only winning through the amount of televotes it received.  Arguably Slovakia's best entry ever will be among the ones to watch in Oslo.

This is the story in pictures from the 2010 Malta Eurosong.  The festival took place on 20 February 2010 at the MFCC in Ta' Qali. 

There were 20 entries to decide what song would represent Malta at the Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo, Norway in May 2010.

After a combination of jury and televoting the winning song was 'My Dream' by Thea Garrett.  Thea is a newcomer to the Maltese music scene.  This appeared to be a popular decision with the audience.

Lights, camera, clothes and...action! This is day 2 from the rehearsals in Gothenburg, the 3:rd semifinal of Melodifestivalen 2010. Today the artists rehearsed with the clothes they will be wearing for the main show on saturday.

We were allowed on stage for the exiting moment when the winner of the 2010 Dansk Melodi Grand Prix was annouced. In this photo album you can see their immediate reaction, the obligatorily flowers and trophy the winner receives and a couple of pictures from the winner's press-conference.
