The previous two days we have seen rehearsals from all the participants in the first semi-final. Now we are starting up with the second semi-final. In this updated article we will see Latvia, San Marino, FYR Macedonia and Azerbaijan.

The grand old lady of Eurovision Lys Assia may not make it to this years Eurovision final in Malmö. The 89 year old singer has been admitted to a private hospital in Zurich with severe pneumonia.

Martina Avramoska has won the top prize at a prestigious national opera competition in FYR Macedonia.  She has won the 4th National Competition for Young Musicians festival and achieved her win with the maximum scores possible.

Turkish national broadcaster TRT made a shocking decision in November when they withdrew from the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest. As the contest soon will take place without their country, Turkish fans are however able to enjoy a parody of the San Marino video.

Nazmie Selimi participated in the 2009 Festivali i Këngës in Albania with Mendohu dhe njëherë.  She has now released her new song, Degjo zemren. The song is currently doing well as part of the 2013 Top Fest competition, one of the biggest music contests in Albania.

Yesterday the local broadcaster, DR, launched a competition that calls for fans to create their own cover version of Only Teardrops, the Danish entry for this year's Eurovision Song Contest. If you are creative you can win one of the special flutes and Emmelie's debut album.

Esma & Lozano will soon compete in the second semi-final at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest with Pred Da Se Razdeni. The duo have just released the official video clip for their entry with the English title If I Could Change The World.

Ylenia Vella took part in the 2013 Malta Eurosong with Tides Of Illusion.  She has just released her new song called Għinni Nqum.  Ylenia has also recorded a video to accompany the song.  The release is to raise money for a fund raising mission.
