There will be two phases at the selections this year: The first phase will be between December 2009 and February 2010. The second phase will culminate in the final on 7th March.
The other notable rules are:
- All the candidate songs will be listened to by an internal panel
- 25 songs will go to the final
- There will be a jury and public (SMS and web) vote on the final
- RTR can invite artists to participate as wildcards.
