Does EBU need more rules?

Amongst many fans there is a general concern about where the Eurovision Song Contest is heading, but is it a concern that will pass again or does the EBU have to take it seriously? What do you think should be done?

EuroVisionary have received several emails and comments about the Romanian winning song, Pe-o margine de lume, being a copy of David Bustamante’s La Magia del Corazon, a song that came third in the 2002 Spanish national final. What do you think?
