After successfully representing Ireland twice in a row, the twins are back with something completely unique. Their new single Luminous seems to have surprised everyone, as the Irish duo literally spreads intense amount of light in its music video, which was released yesterday in Ireland.
Stockholm may have lost out to Malmö in the fight to host next years contest, but that isn't stopping the city from getting into the Eurovision party mood with a jam packed line up for the annual Stockholm Pride event.
Cash strapped broadcaster Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ) have released a breakdown of all costs incurred in sending the Jedward twins to Eurovision for the second consecutive year. The figures released have caused negative reactions, given the broadcasters present economic situation.
The twins are about to release their third studio album which features up-tempo songs such as their Eurovision hit Waterline as well as the song they co-wrote called Can't Forget You, among others. Dates have also been announced for Jedward's next Irish tour.
In support for the Irish national team at the Euro 2012 Jedward has recorded Put The Green Cape On to the tune of their 2011 Eurovision Song Contest entry Lipstick. The video also features Dustin the Turkey who represented Ireland in 2008.
A couple of days ago Jedward announced to MTV that they would be representing Ireland again at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest. Now however it turns out that they were speaking a bit too soon as they will have to go through a national final competing against 4 others before they can go to Baku.
According to MTV it is officially confirmed that Jedward will participate again at next year's Eurovision Song Contest - once again representing Ireland. They are promising to come with a better song that their entry in Düsseldorf, Lipstick.
