With a mere five months to go until the final of the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest in Baku, Switzerland again kicked off the national final season in their attempt for glory. Fourteen acts competed for the ticket to Azerbaijan.
In a bit over 24 hours we'll know the Swiss representative who will compete at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku. Fourteen participants will be fighting a golden battle where also the very first winner Lys Assia makes a return. Let's get to know the Swiss participants.
When Switzerland on the 10th of December pick its participant for the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest it will be from a line-up consisting of 14 entries. One of those are the very first Eurovision Song Contest winner Lys Assia who will try to make it back to the international contest 56 years after her victory.
